I write about the ancient world for academic and non-specialist audiences. My first book, Off-Stage Groups in Athenian Drama, was published by Oxford UP in 2024. It talks about the armies, assemblies, and onlookers who are depicted off stage, unseen by the audience, and the ways they affect plays’ plots and characters.
